Dozens of Ukrainian drones target Moscow, mayor says, as Zelenskyy vows more strikes

These strikes take place in the aftermath of a Ukrainian attack that hit the largest Russian refinery in the city of Omsk, and particularly intense Russian bombings against Ukraine. At the same time, a NATO summit opens in Ankara with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as a guest.
