UK targets Russian cyber networks with new sanctions
The measures target 24 individuals and entities accused of destructive cyber and hybrid operations linked to Russian intelligence, officials said.

- EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said the bloc is preparing its 21st sanctions package, expected to include 250 listings marking the largest number of designations to date.
