‘Transformational’: Troy moves forward with Knick Rink renovations

TROY, N.Y. — The City of Troy has officially moved forward with construction at the Knickerbacker Ice Rink. The City Council approved a contract with Siemens Industry, Inc. for $2.5 million for refurbishing the iceless arena.
