Township of Lake of Bays continues disposition of surplus lands - Huntsville Doppler

At its Aug. 12 meeting, Lake of Bays Council approved the disposition of another two properties, an estimated eight acres on Langford Road and an estimated 7 acres on Nithgrove Road. The Township’s realtor of record is recommending that properties be sold for $220,500 each. In June, council approved the disposition of two properties on Bigwin Island.
