Intense rainfall accompanied by electric shocks and gusts of wind accompanied the people of Tumbes on Monday night and part of the early morning of today Tuesday, who could even reach a speed of 35 kilometers per hour, as reported by the National Meteorological and Hydrological Service of Peru (Senamhi).
