Three Dead as South Korean Region Hit by Most Rain in 120 Years

SOUTH CHUNGCHEONG PROVINCE, SOUTH KOREA, JUL 17 – Record rainfall of nearly 440 mm in Seosan triggered landslides and floods killing at least four people and forcing over 1,300 evacuations, officials said.
