Oaxaca de Juárez on June 3, 2025.- The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Oaxaca (FGEO) carried out an arrest warrant against a male person identified as F.M.S., alias “Pancho Mugres or Pancho Loco” founder of the “Frente Popular de Junio 14”, for his probable responsibility for the commission of the crimes of aggravated dispossession and robbery qualified with violence for equalization in the property damage of C.P.R.
It took almost five years for justice to be done with the murder of two older adults, Luis José Rincón Villalobos and Bertha Lina Zapata Valencia, who died in tragic circumstances between April and October 2020 in the city of Cúcuta. According to the newspaper La Opinión de Cúcuta, Wilfran Andrés Zarza Passos, also known in the criminal world with the alias Mugre, a 27-year-old Cucuteño, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for these crimes.
