The tragedy in Újdörögd, in which a government official lost both hands, was not caused by a technical defect in the hand grenade, the Defense Ministry investigation concluded, according to Free Europe. No more has been revealed so far. However, the case is far from over, and the prosecutor's investigation is still ongoing.
More and more information is emerging about the serious grenade accident in which a woman suffered various injuries.
