The chain of evidence did not stand up. Court acquits businessman of prosecution of subsidy fraud

The court did not prove the fraud of subsidies during the construction of the technology park in Písek; the state must recover the claimed damage through a civil action. Such a decision was reached today by the regional court of České Budějovice, which for more than half a year dealt with alleged machinations during the construction of a representative center for IT technologies in Písek.
