Only EPPO can investigate OPEKEPE, Supreme Court says
The Supreme Court said in an announcement that the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) is the only competent authority for investigating OPEKEPE, the Greek agency managing EU subsidies, including farming subsidies.
As the Supreme Court prosecutor emphasizes, "it is impermissible and unnecessary" for the Greek Prosecutorial Authorities to be involved in the investigation into OPEKEPE.
