Tahoe Sand Harbor Boat Ramp temporarily closed for repairs

Severe winter storms caused the boat ramp to collapse at the Sand Harbor State Park at Lake Tahoe. The damaged dock will be temporarily closed during repairs.

Bandelier’s Alcove House Is Temporarily Closed Until Further Notice

Bandelier National Monument has announced that Alcove House is temporarily closed until further notice. It is being done out of an abundance of caution and with visitor safety in mind. The park had planned to replace the ladders at Alcove House next month, but a recent inspection revealed deterioration beyond what was expected.
