Suspect arrested for allegedly firing shots in Rayne neighborhood

RAYNE, La. (KLFY) -- A man arrested and charged with attempted second degree murder and criminal damage to property following a shooting that occured Tuesday morning, police said. Police arrested Roger Lane Davis, 20, and booked him into the Acadia Parish Sheriff's Department jail with a bond set at $405,000, authorities said.
