Summer fun on tap at ‘Foam Party in the Park’

The Chippewa River District Library System is kicking off its 2025 summer reading club with a “Foam Party in the Park” Monday. The party kicks off at 5 p.m. at Island Park and features bubbles, books, and big smiles as the library launches a summer full of adventure.
