The Ministry of the Economy, Tourism and Sports has relaxed the originally planned restrictions on short-term rental of real estate ahead of Friday's discussion of the draft law on the hospitality industry in the parliamentary committee, but these remain unacceptable for landlords. The ministry assesses that this is a reasonable compromise. They hope that the law will be adopted in the autumn.
