STA: Ljubljana with the new Illyria finally on the side of the region

The opening of the Ilirija Sports Centre, which will also include the first indoor Olympic swimming pool in Ljubljana, finally puts the Slovenian capital next to the European ones. For many years, Ljubljana was considered the only capital in the European Union without an indoor Olympic swimming pool. Construction finally began in 2022, and the new acquisition will be handed over to the purpose on Tuesday.
