Speaker of the House Bosma: Accusation Against Bergkamp in Arib Lawsuit Disturbing

The House board met to discuss the accusation that former House Speaker Bergkamp withheld information from the national police. The lawsuit concerns the leaking to the press about former House Speaker Arib.

The Presidium of the House of Representatives does not rule out an investigation into the actions of former House of Representatives chair Vera Bergkamp and others. This concerns the affair surrounding Khadija Arib, in which leaks were allegedly made deliberately to undermine her position. But, says current House of Representatives chair Martin Bosma, the verdict of a lawsuit will first be awaited.
