Upstate man facing 14 child sex charges

ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - An Upstate man was taken into custody after he allegedly had several images and videos of child pornography. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office charged 28-year-old Devon Kaleb Black, of Starr, with 14 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
