Smart mileage charging yields much more than it costs, according to new study

With an average rate of 10 cents per kilometre, road pricing can increase government revenues by 3.4 billion euros per year and alleviate the traffic jam problem. This is stated in a voluminous report that the Flemish government would rather not allow to be seen.
