Millions of UK users will lose access as support ends for older Roku boxes, streaming sticks and iPhones.
In the coming weeks, Sky will remove the NOW app from older streaming hardware and Apple devices, affecting millions of users across the UK.
Roku's decision to end support for older boxes triggered the removal, while Apple devices are losing access due to discontinued iOS 15 software updates.
Affected hardware includes the Smart Box , Roku Streaming Stick , and Roku model boxes ; the Black Box remains unaffected.
Users can access NOW via a web browser or newer devices, including a Fire TV stick, a smart TV, or a games console.
Two cut-off dates apply: mid-July for Apple devices and August 3 for the Smart Box, Streaming Stick, and Roku model boxes.
