Update: The current severe thunderstorm warning for Manistee County will expire at 11 p.m. EDT
The warning was in place for Manistee County."The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, small hail is still possible with this thunderstorm as it moves into northeastern Manistee, southeastern Benzie, and southwestern Grand Traverse counties," states the National Weather Service.
