Senate in Favor of Transparency of Salaries. Amendment to the Labor Code Returns to the Sejm

The Senate adopted an amendment to the Labor Code on Wednesday regarding the transparency of wages. These changes are to oblige employers to provide information about wages to candidates for a given position in a timely manner, enabling informed negotiations. The amendment, introduced with an amendment, will now be referred back to the Sejm.
