MILLSBORO, Del. – The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company responded to a traffic collision involving a school bus on Tuesday afternoon. At approximately 3:49 p.m. on Sept. 16, authorities responded to a vehicle accident involving a school bus on John J. Williams Highway near Autumn Road.
