Sanctioned tanker is leaking oil near Oman, according to satellite images and experts

Last transmitting an AIS signal on June 11 off the coast of Yemen, the tanker had previously reported difficulties near Mukalla on June 8, though the cause remains unclear.
Oman's Environment Authority and Maritime Security Centre did not reply to requests for comment, while Shanghai-based Rentoor Shipmanagement could not be reached regarding the incident.
