Salem woman pleads guilty to grand theft in state benefits fraud case

SALEM, S.D. — A 42-year-old Salem woman has pleaded guilty to a felony grand theft charge in connection with alleged fraudulent activity involving state and federal assistance programs. Monica Solesby entered the guilty plea on June 16 in McCook County Circuit Court.
