VERSAILLES, Ill. — A Rushville man facing two Class X felonies for the manufacture and delivery of more than 5,000 grams of cannabis pled guilty this week to lesser charges.Jack O. Flachs, 23, appeared in Brown County Circuit Court with attorney Drew Schnack before Judge Jerry Hooker on April 7.
