DAWSON CREEK, B.C. — People at risk of wildfires must leave immediately if they are put under an evacuation order or risk “fatal” consequences.

The Grant County Sheriff's Office says those in the area of Adams Road North just east of Road 13 Northwest should be ready to leave if necessary.
