Presidencia Presents Claim of Illegality to Avoid the Delivery of Emails of Boric Advisors for the Monsalve Case

Through the State Defense Council, a claim of illegality was filed with the Santiago Court of Appeal to prevent the delivery of institutional mails by the President's chief of staff, Carlos Durán, and the former head of advisers to the Second Floor of La Moneda, Miguel Crispi.
