SOUTH CHARLESTON -- Similar to the storms that blew through Little Creek Park Friday, everyone knew Cabell Midland was coming, just a matter of when and how strong. The Knights scored five runs on seven hits in the fourth inning to break a 0-0 tie on their way to a 6-1 victory over St. Albans in the first round of the Class AAAA portion of the WVSSAC state softball tournament.
