POWHATAN COUNTY, Va. Dozens of runners took to the Powhatan High School track to honor the 343 first responders who died on September 11, 2001. POWHATAN COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- An 85-mile run held on Saturday morning at the Powhatan County High School aims to honor first responders who died on Sept. 11, 2001. The Never Forget Run, founded by Russell Holland, was held on the morning of Saturday, Sept. 13, a few days after the 24th anniversary of 9/11.
