Police: Rockford man strikes woman in the face, flees the scene in her car

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Miguel Gutierrez, 30, on charges of aggravated fleeing, among others. On June 4, around 6 p.m., officers were called to the 700 block of Maple Street for reports of domestic abuse.
