CARLSBAD, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Authorities have arrested a suspect in a series of burglaries, mail thefts and identity theft that took place in Carlsbad. Roger Hoover, 36, of Oceanside, was identified by detectives as a suspect in multiple cases, including attempts to use stolen credit cards, according to Carlsbad police.
