Plans Underway to Honor World War II Soldier at Shelby City Cemetery - The Advocate-Messenger

Local historians and community members met Thursday at the Boyle County History Center to finalize plans for restoring a headstone for James Cohen, a World War II soldier killed in Italy in 1945.
