PLANS for a new church have been submitted to Wirral Council. An application has been launched on behalf of the Diocese of Chester for the change of use of Units 14 and 15 of Tower Quays. The site is located at the heart of the Birkenhead waterfront which is currently being regenerated. The growing residential population in the area makes the location ideal, the plans say.
