The second initial approval of the San Juan and San José special plan reduces the number of homes affected by expropriations to almost half. The changes planned in both neighborhoods of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria would affect 53 buildings, compared to 93 that erased from a pen the first document approved in 2022, when the neighbors presented up to 212 claims against the modification of the planning of these two historical cliffs.
