Phivolcs reports minor phreatic eruption at Taal Volcano

LUCENA CITY — Taal Volcano in Batangas province recorded a minor phreatic, or steam-driven, eruption on Monday morning, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
