Victim of fatal crash in Otter Tail County is identified

NEW YORK MILLS, Minn. (KVRR) – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a man who was killed when he was hit by a pickup in the early hours of Wednesday morning. The victim was 24-year-old Andrew Bixby of New York Mills. Bixby was walking along County Highway 67 when he was struck by a pickup driven by another New York Mills man.
