Pearson: Canada has a chance to be great again

Canadians are seeing themselves differently. New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman said last week the great victories of the past century went largely overlooked as the vibrant age of materialism distracted most nations from building on the advancements of the past. He believes we might now be in an era where people are willing to fight again for their country, its people, its institutions.
