Paxton begins tough task of cutting budget - The Landmark

PAXTON — “We’ll do the best we can with the money we have.” That was the sentiment expressed by town employees, starting with Travis Thibault as he detailed the impacts cuts would have on the Paxton DPW. The Select Board and Finance Committee reviewed the town budget at the May 21 meeting, in the wake of the failed override that would have given the town $1.13 million more to work with.
