WILLIAMSPORT – A Lycoming County businessman has been accused of not reporting $615,129 in cash payments to employees that resulted in a federal tax loss of $47,067.The allegation against James Michael Barr, 68, of Cogan Station, is contained in a 13-count indictment returned Thursday by a U.S. Middle District grand jury.
