Menstruation Is Increasingly a Non-Event in Films

Menstruation has been increasingly featured in films in recent years. Where menstruation was previously mainly met with theatrical disgust, it is now increasingly seen as a non-event.

Mexicans Primero, Fundación Femmex and Promotora Social Mexico presented the “Manual de Acción para Docentes y Personal Directivo”, a free guide that provides information and support to promote the right to a dignified menstruation in more than 216,000 basic and upper secondary schools in the country.
