At around 8:26 a.m. on the 31st, it was confirmed that smoke was coming out of the tracks at Hiyoshi Station (Kohoku-ku, Yokohama-shi) on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. Operation of the same line was suspended due to this effect, but operation resumed around 11:10 a.m.
