WAYNE COUNTY, Ind. -- A Dayton, Ohio, man has been charged after he reportedly distributed drugs in Wayne County while he was out on bond in a separate drug dealing case from earlier this year. According to court documents filed on Thursday, 32-year-old Davonta "Hotboy" Chatman was taken into custody on one count of dealing in a narcotic drug, a Level 2 felony, and one count of dealing in cocaine, a Level 2 felony.
