TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Dozens of residents attended the Terre Haute City Council Thursday night, as they discussed the proposed Ohio Boulevard Project. Brickyard Estates and Paddock at the Park is a proposed $70 million project.
