STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is asking the public’s assistance in locating a 14-year-old boy who was reported missing from New Springville.

BLACKWELL, Okla. (KFOR) -- The Endangered Missing Alert has been activated by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol on behalf of the Blackwell Police Department for 14-year-old Lydia Nelson. Police say, she was last seen in Blackwell wearing grey sweats, black shirt, grey crocs, and a mint green backpack. If you see her call 911, police say she is suicidal. This is a developing story.
