N.J. found dead in Manchester fire, ruled accidental
A fire in Manchester last week that killed the homeowner has been ruled accidental, the Ocean County Prosecutor’s office announced on Sunday. Manchester police and local fire companies responded to the July 9 fire on Panda Lane at 9 p.m. During a search of the residence, firefighters found the body of a man who was later identified as the homeowner, Michael Seaman, 65, the prosecutor’s office said.
