Webster County, WV (WOAY) – A Webster County man is in jail for allegedly exposing himself on a camping trip. According to the west Virginia State Police, 37-year-old James Allen Ray of Cowen is charged with third-degree sexual abuse, sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person of trust and indecent exposure.
