New series in Rotterdam harbour: 'Two outsiders who end up in a drug war, that stood out to me'

The new series ‘Safe Harbor’, about two young hackers who end up in a drug war, is set in the port of Rotterdam. Mark Williams, known from ‘Ozark’, lived in Amsterdam for a year to film in Rotterdam. “I had no idea how big the rivalry between those two cities is.”
