New mass claim in the making against the energy sector
The Fair Trade Practices Foundation is also preparing a mass claim against the energy sector after a ruling by the Amsterdam Court. The judge ruled on Tuesday that energy supplier Vattenfall unfairly made interim changes to the rates of variable energy contracts.
