In Sierre, violence in the French suburbs inspires a network of drug traffickers

After 18 months of investigation, the Valais police dismantled a network of about 30 drug traffickers using violence and intimidation. They are accused of selling at least half a tonne of hashish and more than 2 kilos of cocaine for a turnover exceeding 4 million francs.

Around thirty individuals, including minors, were arrested for their role in a large-scale drug trafficking operation in Valais. This district was inspired by violent methods from France.
