SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- A large sinkhole broke open in a Black Hawk neighborhood in 2020. Not long after, residents learned their homes had been built on top of an old, underground gypsum mine. This morning, the South Dakota Supreme Court listened to arguments from residents' attorneys and the state.
